consilium care™ was developed by oncologists to accompany patients according to international standards with all types of cancer and with chronic diseases during therapy.
The recommended minimum duration of use is 90 days, or as long as your therapy is scheduled. It is recommended to use consilium care™ daily to document the course of therapy as accurately as possible. For a detailed course, a symptom can be entered up to four times a day.

To update the app, you can go to the App Store or Play Store and enter “consilium care” in the search field. In Switzerland select consilium care™ CH. When you have selected the correct application, you can tap on “update”.
consilium care™ is available for free in the AppStore or PlayStore. Unless you are connected to a clinic, you can use this freely available version, which only allows the entry of two symptoms per day.
To connect to a clinic, you have received a QR code from your clinic. Go to the settings of the consilium care™ app and select “Clinic”. Allow the app to access your smartphone camera and scan the clinic QR code. Once activated by your physician or treatment team, you will be able to view your clinic’s details in the app settings under “Clinic”, enter more than two symptoms per day, and be directed to your clinic or treatment team’s contact in the event of a symptom alert.
